OPTION 1 - YOU SHIP
In this scenario, you have the books and/or products with you. If you are selling books, you can either choose to use your own printer or pay our printer to print copies for you. If we print the copies, you will have to foot the bill for couriering the copies from us to you.
Once an order is placed on our website for your product/book, we forward you the shipping details for you to fulfil the shipping of the order. You will have to provide us with proof of shipping (e.g. waybill) in order for us to process your payment. If the order is not fulfilled within 48 hours (72 hours for orders placed between Friday afternoon and Saturday evening), we will have to refund the customer and this will not leave a good impression on our store or your product.
Once we receive proof of shipping, 75% of the price, less banking charges will be credited to your nominated account within 4-5 business days.
OPTION 2 - WE SHIP
In this scenario, we have the books and/or products with us. If you are selling books, you can either choose to use your own printer or pay our printer to print copies for you. If you print the copies, you will have to foot the bill for couriering the copies from yourself to us. However, if we print the copies, there will be no courier fees billed to you.
Once an order is placed via our website for your product, we will fulfil the shipping and provide you with a proof of shipping for your records. There is nothing required from you.
You will receive 70% of the price, less banking charges will be credited to your nominated account within 4-5 business days. Note that some orders may require more shipping than others and as a result, you may receive a slightly less percentage used to offset those slightly higher costs.

HOW TO APPLY:
- Email info@multimarketing.co.za with the following information about your product or book you want to sell via our store:
- Picture of product/Front cover of book
- Short Description of the product/book
- If it is a physical product - your current stock count and if you can produce more on-demand (you may also request Multi-Marketing for a print quotation if you sell books)
- For physical products - dimensions of product/book (Height, Length, Width, Weight)
- Selling Price (it is recommended that you mark-up your price to offset possible shipping costs, whether you choose Option 1 or Option 2)
- If we approve your product/book, we will provide you with a sales agreement which you need to read, understand, sign and return back to us.
- Once we receive the agreement and any outstanding material we may require, we will immediately upload the details of your product up on our website
- You may choose to modify the product, add variations or add more products to our store at any time by contacting our email and providing the same product specs you provided for your first product.
